When a new client comes on board, our team will need to work together to plan enrollment sessions with each employee.  The 1-to-1 benefits counseling session provides the opportunity to work with seasoned & new employees and provide the solutions that fill the gaps in their insurance coverage.   When 1-to-1s aren't feasible, we have substitutive solutions to provide consistent communication & enrollment services.
